Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

By using EleWin, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

2. About EleWin

EleWin is an AI-assisted career-readiness and hiring platform. It has three parts:

• The EleWin app, for students and job seekers: resume diagnostics, role fit, preparation plans, AI mock interviews (typed and by voice), practice tests, daily practice, the Circles community, and jobs and hiring drives from companies hiring on EleWin.
• EleWin Hire, for companies, recruitment agencies and business groups: posting jobs, receiving applications, AI review of applicants, automated interviews and tests, hiring drives, talent search and messaging candidates.
• EleWin for Institutions, for colleges, universities, schools and training centres: giving students EleWin accounts, following their readiness and placements, reaching them with notices and prep work, and running campus drives.

Scores, suggestions and other outputs generated by EleWin are intended for informational, educational and self-improvement purposes, and as signals for the people who make decisions.

3. Plans and Payments

You can start using EleWin for free. Some features, or more use of them, are available only on paid plans. Each plan, its price and what it includes are shown on our Pricing page, in the app or in your dashboard before you pay.

• Job seekers buy plans inside the EleWin app. Payments are processed by Razorpay, our payment partner, on its secure checkout. EleWin never sees or stores your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net banking login.
• Checkout shows whether a plan is a single payment for the period shown or a recurring payment (for example monthly) that you authorise once and that renews each period until you cancel it.
• You can cancel a recurring plan at any time before its next renewal. It then stops renewing, and you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.
• Applicable taxes are shown at checkout, and you receive a receipt for every payment.
• If your account is sponsored by your institution, your institution covers your plan and you are not charged.
• Companies, agencies and institutions confirm a plan or agreement in their dashboard and pay invoices, which include GST, online (card, UPI or net banking), by bank transfer or from a prepaid balance, as their account allows.
• Where a company's agreement includes a success fee, it is charged only for a hire the candidate confirms has joined, as described in the company's dashboard.
• We may add, change or discontinue features, limits, plans and prices over time. A price change applies to purchases made after it.

Job seekers never pay to apply to a job on EleWin. For billing questions or refund requests, write to support@elewin.in with your payment reference.

4. No Job or Hiring Guarantee

EleWin does not guarantee:

• Interview calls.
• Job offers.
• Employer responses.
• Resume shortlisting.
• ATS acceptance.
• Salary improvement.
• Career progression.
• Any specific hiring or professional outcome.

This applies equally to jobs, hiring drives and invitations from companies on EleWin Hire: the decision to interview, shortlist, offer or hire is always made by the company.

Any scores, suggestions, feedback, gap lists, interview responses or recommendations generated by the Platform are indicative and AI-assisted. They should be reviewed, edited and verified by you before use.

You remain solely responsible for the final resume, application, interview response, career decision or communication you submit to any employer, recruiter, institution or third party.

5. EleWin's Role in Hiring

EleWin is a technology platform. Through EleWin Hire, companies and recruitment agencies post jobs and run their hiring on EleWin, and you can apply to those jobs. EleWin is not the employer for any job on the Platform and does not decide who is interviewed, shortlisted, offered or hired. Each company is responsible for its jobs, its hiring decisions, its offers and its terms of employment.

Companies and agencies may pay EleWin fees for using EleWin Hire, including fees when a hire made through EleWin joins. This does not make EleWin your employer, agent or representative, and it never changes what you pay to apply, which is nothing.

We take reasonable steps to check the companies and agencies we onboard, and we may take down jobs that break our rules, but we cannot guarantee that every job, company or offer is genuine. Never pay anyone to get a job, an interview or an offer. If anyone asks you for money, report it to us at support@elewin.in or from the company's page.

EleWin is not a background-verification agency, immigration advisor, legal advisor, financial advisor or career guarantee service. Nothing on the Platform is professional recruitment, legal, financial or immigration advice, or a promise of employment.

6. Account Responsibility

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Be responsible for all activity under your account.
• Inform us if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Your account can be signed in on one device at a time; signing in on a new device may sign you out of the old one. If you use EleWin as a guest, your data stays tied to that device until you sign in, and may be lost if the app's data is cleared first.

If your account was created by your institution, your institution can see some of your activity (as explained in our Privacy Policy) and may suspend your access to its sponsorship. When the sponsorship ends, your account continues as an independent EleWin account on the free plan.

We may suspend, restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe that an account is being misused, contains false information, or violates these Terms.

7. User Content

You may upload or submit content such as resumes, job descriptions, career details, interview responses, profile information, job applications, documents, messages, and posts and comments in Circles ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content. By uploading or submitting User Content, you grant EleWin a limited permission to process, analyse, store, display and use that content only for the purpose of providing, maintaining, securing and improving the Platform, including sharing it as you choose (for example, sending an application to a company or posting in Circles).

Posts, comments and your Circles profile can be seen by other EleWin users. We may remove content that breaks these Terms, and you can block or report other users.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• You have the right to upload the content.
• The content is accurate and lawful.
• The content does not contain unnecessary sensitive personal information.
• The content does not violate any third-party rights or confidentiality obligations.

You should not upload confidential third-party information, employer trade secrets, government IDs, financial credentials, passwords, or documents that are not required for using the Platform, unless a company asks for a document as part of a job application and you choose to provide it.

8. AI-Generated Output

EleWin uses AI and automated systems to generate suggestions, scores, feedback, analysis, interview guidance and other outputs.

AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, generic, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You should independently review, verify and edit all AI-generated output before using it in resumes, job applications, interviews, messages or career decisions.

When you apply to a job, the company may see EleWin's scores for your application, such as your resume score, your job fit, an AI review of your application, and your interview and test results. These are signals to help the company. People at the company make the decisions.

EleWin is not responsible for any decision you or anyone else makes based on AI-generated output.

9. Applying to Jobs, Interviews, Tests and Drives

• When you apply to a job, you share your application with that company (and with the recruitment agency working on the job, if there is one). What is shared is shown, and you agree to it, before you send.
• Some jobs include automated interview or test rounds. You must take them yourself, without help from another person or tool. Each round can be attempted once unless the company allows a retake.
• A company may switch on integrity checks for a round, such as noticing when you leave the screen, paste text or lose your connection, or checking on your device that your face is in view. You are told before a monitored round starts. Camera checks run on your device and no image or video is recorded. A weak connection never ends a round by itself, and a round that ends early is reviewed by a person at the company.
• For a hiring drive, registering is applying. Follow the drive's instructions and venue rules. Your QR pass is personal and must not be shared.
• After a company records you as hired, we may ask whether you have joined. Please answer truthfully, because companies are billed on the answer.
• You decide whether companies can find you in talent search, and you can change this at any time. If your institution sponsors your account, your institution makes this choice for its students.
• You can stop invitations from a company, block it or report it. A company is not told that you blocked it.

10. Business Accounts

This section applies to companies, recruitment agencies, business groups and institutions using EleWin Hire or EleWin for Institutions, and to every person who signs in for them.

• Logins are personal to each person. The organisation's administrators are responsible for who has access and what each person can do.
• Candidate and student information may be used only for lawful hiring or placement purposes on EleWin. You must not sell it, use it for unrelated marketing, contact people for other purposes, or copy it out of the Platform beyond what the Platform allows. You must comply with applicable data protection and employment laws, and delete any information you download once you no longer need it.
• Jobs and drives must be genuine, accurate and lawful. You must never ask candidates for money, and requirements must not discriminate unlawfully.
• Agencies must act within the instructions of their client companies and keep a confidential client's identity confidential.
• Institutions confirm that they have the authority and the consent needed to create accounts for their students, to share their students' information with companies where they choose to, and to upload the information they add to EleWin.
• EleWin sets the rules and limits that apply to business accounts. We may pause an account whose invoice is unpaid after its grace period, and suspend an account for misuse.
• To help you, EleWin staff may open your dashboard in a support session. These sessions show in your activity log as "EleWin support".

Fees, invoices and hire-related checks follow the plan or agreement on your account. Where your organisation has a signed agreement with EleWin, that agreement prevails over these Terms for the matters it covers.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform. You must not:

• Upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading or infringing content.
• Upload content that violates another person's privacy or rights.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, overload or interfere with the Platform.
• Reverse engineer, copy, scrape or extract the Platform's software, design, models, content or systems, including candidate or job data.
• Circumvent usage limits, security controls or integrity checks.
• Use the Platform to create fraudulent resumes, false credentials, fake experience or misleading job applications.
• Post fake jobs, impersonate a company, an institution or another person, or ask anyone for money in return for a job.
• Send spam or unwanted messages through Circles, messages or notices.
• Use the Platform for unlawful, harmful or unauthorised purposes.

We may remove content and restrict or terminate access if we believe the Platform is being misused.

12. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, design, layout, branding, logos, text, workflows, scoring logic, product experience and other materials, belongs to EleWin or its licensors.

You may use the Platform only for your personal career-preparation purposes or, for business accounts, for your organisation's own hiring or placement purposes. No ownership rights in the Platform are transferred to you.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, license, distribute, modify or create derivative works from the Platform without our prior written permission.

13. Third-Party Services

EleWin relies on third-party technology providers for hosting, authentication, storage, AI processing, speech, real-time audio, email, notifications, payments, analytics and other technical functions. Your use of the Platform may involve processing through these services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

EleWin is not responsible for third-party services, websites, tools or platforms that are not owned or controlled by EleWin.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, store, share and protect your personal data, including what companies and institutions can see.

By using the Platform, you also agree to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Notifications

We send messages that are part of the service, such as app notifications, in-app notices and emails about your account, payments, applications, interviews, drives, requests from companies, and notices from your institution. You can turn off app notifications in your device settings, but you may then miss updates about your applications.

16. Platform Availability

The Platform may occasionally contain bugs, errors, delays or interruptions. We may add, modify, suspend, limit or discontinue any feature at any time.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device, browser, ATS system, employer process or user requirement.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EleWin makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• Accuracy of AI-generated output.
• Suitability of suggestions for a specific job or employer.
• Jobs, drives, offers and information provided by companies, agencies or institutions.
• Resume shortlisting.
• ATS performance.
• Interview performance.
• Hiring outcomes.
• Platform availability.
• Error-free or uninterrupted service.

You use the Platform at your own discretion and risk.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EleWin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of opportunity, rejection from a job, employer non-response, the acts or omissions of companies, agencies or institutions on the Platform, inaccurate AI output, data loss, business interruption, or reliance on Platform-generated suggestions.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

19. Suspension, Termination and Account Deletion

You may stop using the Platform at any time, and you can delete your account from Settings in the app or at app.elewin.in/delete-account. Our Privacy Policy explains what is deleted and what is kept.

We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms.
• You misuse the Platform.
• Your account creates a security or legal risk.
• We discontinue or materially change the service.

Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, user responsibility and dispute-related provisions will continue to apply even after your access ends.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Each version shows the date it takes effect, and earlier versions remain available on this page.

If we make material changes, we may notify users through the Platform, by email, or through other appropriate means. Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms take effect means that you accept the revised Terms.

21. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
