5. Jobs, Companies and Institutions on EleWin

Companies and recruitment agencies post jobs and run their hiring on EleWin Hire. Each company decides whom to interview, shortlist, offer or hire, and is responsible for its jobs, offers and employment terms. EleWin is not the employer for any job on the Platform and does not represent any employer.

We take reasonable steps to check the companies and agencies we onboard, but we cannot guarantee that every job, company or offer is genuine. Never pay anyone to get a job, an interview or an offer, and report anything suspicious to support@elewin.in.

Institutions decide how they use EleWin for their students, including placement rules, nominations for campus drives and whether companies can find their students. EleWin is not responsible for those decisions.
