Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Plans for Job Seekers

• A single-payment plan gives you access for the period shown when you buy it and then ends on its own. There is nothing to cancel.
• A recurring plan renews each period until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time before the next renewal, from the Plans page in the app or by writing to support@elewin.in. It then stops renewing, and you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.
• If your account is sponsored by your institution, you are not charged, and plan changes are made by your institution.

2. When We Refund

EleWin plans give you digital access that starts as soon as the payment succeeds, so payments for a period that has started are generally not refundable. We refund the payment in full when:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• You were charged but the plan was not activated on your account, and we could not activate it.
• A fault on our side stopped you from using the features you paid for, and we could not fix it within a reasonable time.
• A recurring payment was taken after you had cancelled the plan.

Ask for a refund within 7 days of the payment by writing to support@elewin.in with your payment reference. If money was taken from your account but the payment failed, your bank or Razorpay usually returns it automatically within 5 to 7 working days.

3. How Refunds Are Paid

Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days of approval. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank.

4. Business Accounts

For companies, agencies and institutions, cancellation, refunds, credits and replacement guarantees follow the plan or agreement on the account. Questions about an invoice should be raised from the dashboard or by writing to support@elewin.in within 15 days of the invoice date.
