Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Job seekers can start on the EleWin app for free. Hiring teams and institutions get a free trial with no card needed, and the free days start the first time you sign in, not when you register.
How does billing work?
Job seeker plans are bought inside the EleWin app and last for the period shown on the plan. Hiring teams and institutions confirm a plan in their dashboard before the free days end, then get invoices they pay online from the dashboard.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
Prices for hiring teams and institutions are shown before GST, which is added on your invoice. For job seeker plans, the app shows the amount you pay before you pay it.
How do I cancel?
Job seeker plans don't renew on their own: you pay once and the plan ends when its period does. For hiring teams and institutions, nothing is charged if you don't confirm a plan by the end of your free days. Once you're on a plan, write to us to change or end it.
Not sure which plan fits?
Tell us about your team or institution and we'll point you to the right one.
