Questions institutions ask
How does the free trial work?
Your free days start from the first time you sign in, not from when you register. There's no card to enter, and your students can use EleWin during the trial.
How do we pay?
Nothing is paid on the website. Before your free days end, an admin picks a per-student or fixed-fee plan inside your dashboard. Invoices include GST and are viewed and paid online there.
What happens if the free days run out before we pick a plan?
Your dashboard asks an admin to confirm a plan before anything else. Your students keep access for a short grace period while you do.
Do students pay anything?
No. Sponsored students get the full EleWin app on your plan and never see plans or prices. Their profile shows your institution's name and logo.
Can hiring companies see our students?
Only if you allow it. You decide whether companies on EleWin Hire can find your students, which groups, and for which companies, and you can change that at any time. Students' contact details reach a company only when the student applies.
Can students see what we see about them?
Yes. Students see their own placement record, including offers and hires, and exactly what their institution can see about them.
How is student data protected?
EleWin does not sell personal data. Your students' data is used to run EleWin for them and for your institution, and it is deleted on schedule. The Privacy Policy has the full detail. Read the Privacy Policy
