People decide, AI advises
AI scores and reviews are signals. A person at the company moves a candidate forward or turns them down, and a round an integrity check ends early is reviewed by a person, never failed automatically.
Contact details only when you apply
A candidate's email and phone reach an employer only when they apply to that employer. Talent search, invites and messages never show them.
Candidates never pay to apply
Applying to a job or registering for a drive on EleWin is always free for the candidate.
Findable only by choice
Talent search shows only people who opted in, or students whose institution shares them under terms EleWin has approved.
Data deleted on schedule
Data is deleted on schedule, and deleting your account erases what is yours.
